After receiving your enquiry, the Bentchair team will get-in-touch with you to understand your requirements and assign the project either to our in-house or to our affiliate. This allocation is dependent upon the scope of work and location of the project.
Once the team or the affiliate have understood your project details, a design presentation along with suggestion will be sent to you. Bent Chair provides furniture recommendations and presentations complimentary. However, for detailed drawings and layouts of your projects, working drawings, wall elevations, paint plan and light plan a fee will be charged. This will be discussed between you and the team/affiliate depending on the scope of work.

04. Signing the Agreement
An agreement will be signed between you and the team/affiliate as per internal understanding. Site work will begin as per the final detailed drawings post payment of design fee.
Once your project reaches the stage of ordering furniture our team/affiliate will get a furniture BOQ approved from you. Post the approval and payment of the BOQ, your product order will be placed.
