Dear Patron, You are now the proud owner of a 'Bent Chair' Product. You'd be delighted to know that every bent chair product is manufactured using the highest quality ingredients with a secret recipe that has its heart in human comfort, delight, and safety. To help you reinforce your belief in us we are glad to offer a warranty on your purchase based on the enumeration below:
Material And Workmanship Warranty
Subject to the terms of payments being punctually complied with and the product being properly used, the same stands covered with a warranty by Bent Chair against faulty material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of sales by repairing or at our option and /or replacing free of charge , the faulty product that may be found during such period.
Warranty
- It doesn’t extend to consequential damage or loses.
- It is null and void if repairs and modifications or any kind of alterations have been found to be carried out by external agencies.
- It does not cover normal wear and tear.
- It does not cover deterioration or rusting due to atmospheric conditions.
- It will be based on the Standard Operating procedures governing product warranties and the manufacturer's decision in handling such warranties shall be final and bearing on the customer.
- All Décor items have 6 months warranty period.
- Velvet finish décor items are not covered in warranty policy. They are eligible for return only when delivered defective or damaged.
- Brass has a natural tendency to get oxidized over a span of time, while this extenuates in tropical climate on a faster pace. Our warranty policy shall not cover any issues related to brass in tropical regions in specific / areas near sea/ area with higher level of humidity and moisture.
- We are committed to manufacturing the highest quality decors and accessories and most of our products are made of best material/fabric, however, certain fabrics can result in wear and tear of fabric such as lint appearance, looseness, fadedness, due to regular usage and natural tendency of certain fabrics to lose its shine over the span of time. In such cases, brand shall not be held responsible and neither any such concerns shall be covered in the warranty policy.
Scope Of Warranty
- Defects in manufacturing and material.
- Joinery of wooden structures.
- Joints of metal structures.
- Wood and metal finishes provided the use and care of the product is followed as per the intended use and maintenance procedures.
- Ripping of tailoring seams provided the use and care of the product is followed as per the intended use and maintenance procedure.
- Deformation and collapsing of cushion core. Note: All foam composites naturally soften with use. This softening does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- This warranty does not cover Glass, Mirror, Stone, and acrylic, the veining of stone Top.
- All metal and wood finishes change slightly with time due to the natural behavior of the finishes. Such a change does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- All metal, wood, stone and glass finishes can retain their look with the following maintenance schedule. Rigorous use of furniture items may degrade these finishes. This warranty does not cover such degradation. However, Lokalferi will provide maintenance assistance to repair such damages on-site on call at additional costs on case bases.
- Purchaser is required to follow suitable wet mop cleaning of wood, metal, stone, glass, mirror, acrylic, veneer surfaces using no aggressive cleaning agents.
- Purchaser is required to follow the dry cleaning of fabric upholstered furniture not using aggressive chemicals.
- Purchaser is required to follow degreasing, buffing and shining of leather furniture using recommended compounds only.
- Contracted products once set up after unpacking in a particular location must not be repacked with unauthorized packaging material or moved to another location. This warranty is not extended to the product if subjected to repackaging and relocation.
