An order can be canceled within 72 hours after its placement. If an order has to be canceled after 72 hours, the right to refund the advance amount will remain with Bentchair. If there are technical or finish requirements which Bentchair cannot fulfill, cancellation of the order will be initiated by Bentchair after informing the customer.

- Please check all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs and unfinished patches. Most of the time, our assembly team will be able to fix these issues immediately.
- For all the products that involve assembly, please ensure that the delivery team assembles the product so as to make sure that all nuts and bolts are present and they fit well.
- For all sofas, kindly sit on the item to ensure that the structure is stable with your weight on it and is comfortable.
- For the furniture units that are heavy and difficult to move, kindly decide the exact location where you would want to place the furniture prior to the delivery team's visit and instruct the delivery team to set the furniture there.
- We will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests after 5 days post-delivery. We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery.
